The A4Tech FG12S in white is a low-cost, quiet wireless mouse for students and home laptops, a dependable replacement for a touchpad.
This is the simplest mouse in A4Tech’s silent FG line. It is a light 83 g shell with three buttons, a wider-than-normal scroll wheel and a fixed 1200 DPI sensor. There are no extra buttons to learn, which suits parents and children sharing one computer. The silent switches cut the click sound to a soft tap, so it works well in a quiet library or a room where others are resting. One AA cell lasts up to 12 months by A4Tech’s rating, and the mouse drops into sleep almost instantly when you stop moving it.
The all-white body looks clean beside a silver or white laptop. Like any white accessory, it shows marks over time. It doesn’t have Bluetooth or adjustable DPI.
