Ordering & payment
Add products to your cart and check out on the website, or send us your order on WhatsApp at 0319 8429055. We contact you on the phone number you give us to confirm your order.
Yes. Online orders are cash on delivery: there is no advance payment, and you pay in cash when your order arrives.
An "On Order" product is not in stock right now and has to be ordered from the supplier. Because prices can change with exchange rates, please call or WhatsApp us to confirm the price before ordering these products.
Delivery
Yes. Delivery anywhere in Karachi is a flat Rs 350. We also deliver to other cities in Pakistan: the delivery charge for your city is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before we dispatch.
It depends on your city. We confirm the expected delivery time when we call to confirm your order. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.
Warranty & returns
Warranty applies on selected items. The warranty period, where available, is shown on the product page and confirmed at the time of purchase.
